TUANA INHAN

Tuana Inhan (Istanbul, 1994) is a visual designer, curator and researcher with a specific interest in unexpected encounters with nature and culture. She bases her research on eco-politics, community-building, and popular culture.

Her multidisciplinary approach combines audiovisual media, and field-based collaboration with the aim of discovering the thin lines where human and non-human, natural and digital encountered in these quickly shifting times.

Through her visual research, videos, music, and installations that playfully celebrate the awkward and unexpected, she seeks to examine wider eco-political discourses such as climate crisis, contemporary value systems and commodification of non-humans. The underlying question is often; how in such a  moment of crisis the contemporary human relates to its surroundings, its values, its past/future, and its planet.

ROBERTA DI COSMO
Roberta Di Cosmo (Puglia, 1992) is a designer and researcher currently based between Italy and the Netherlands. She started her career as a product and interior designer studying and working in Florence and Milan. After completing a master's degree in Social Design at the Design Academy Eindhoven, she explored new methodologies of approach for future scenarios by bringing together design, art, urban spaces and rural landscapes.

Her multidisciplinary practice investigates social aspects, using ethnographic processes, performance and poetic interventions in the field of design. Currently interested in the notion of trauma and its performative aspects and the relationship between landscape and community: how to interpret trauma as a regenerative source?
